Both plans offer national coverage with no need for referrals! To make this plan inexpensive for you and your family, we keep your per-paycheck contribution minimal, and we limit out-of-pocket expenses with low co-pays and deductibles.
DENTAL PLAN THROUGH METLIFE
Our MetLife Dental Plan allows you to receive two cleanings, x-rays and exams each year at no cost to you! If you need additional dental work done, the plan pays up to $1,500 annually. We even offer orthodontic coverage (fancy word for braces) for all family members, up to $2,000!
VISION SERVICE PLAN (VSP)Our VSP Vision Insurance is easy on the eyes and wallet! You can have your eyes examined for just $10 a year.
